Boys play house, Men build homes
Boys shack up, Men get married
Boys make babies, Men raise children
A boy won't raise his own children, a Man will raise someone else's
Boys invent excuses for failure, Men produce strategies for success
Boys look for someone to take care of them, Men look for someone to take care of
Boys seek popularity, Men demand respect....and know how to give it.

Nothing just happens...life isn't something that just happens to us. It doesn't matter whether we are in or out of a relationship...there is life to be lived! To a large extent, our lives are what we make them. Make it fun. Make it good. Make it count!

I have been a Christian for 18 years and it is an integral part of who I am. I enjoy all types of cuisine (so far...lol) and I can find something I like in any restaurant. My taste in music is varied and depends on my mood. In general, I prefer country or Christian rock but I like to listen to classical, motown, and even disco sometimes. :p I love country and ballroom dancing and I am willing to teach what I know. I think learning and experiencing new things makes life richer. There isn't much (within reason) that I won't try at least once (like the time I tried the surfing simulator and almost broke my ankle...but hey, I tried it!).

I am not looking for an instant relationship. I would like to meet someone to spend time with (dinners, movies, traveling, dancing, hanging out at home or with friends, etc.) and if something more develops, great. If not, that's ok, too. It seems impossible to meet singles (especially single parents) near my age so I thought I would give this a try... again. lol



I believe in Synergism....that a man and a woman who are both happy and secure in their lives can come together to form something extraordinary!
